Autotrophic cell:

The cells which can produce their food for themselves are known as autotrophic cell.

  1. Their cell wall is made up of cellulose.
  2. Plastids are present to manufacture food and to provide pigmentation.
  3. They have single and large vacuole filled with watery fluid and pigments.

Example: Most of all green plants are composed by autotrophic cells.
