Define the rule of law. Do you think the rule of law prevails in India.

It is defined as a principle which means law should govern a nation.In the system where there is rule of law governmental decisions are made by applying the set and established legal principles.In India the rule of law is written on the pages only,in fact here those having power are favoured where as less privileged and marginalised are often discriminated .
