Solution

Decay constant of radioactive element. The reciprocal of time during which number of atoms left in simple radius to 1e times. The number of atoms in the origin sample.
Given that Two number P and Q
P and Q have equal number of atoms at t=0
half time of P=3
half time of Q=9 and t=18
Number of half times of P in 18 hours 6T1/2=183=6
Number of radius P left decayet after 6 half time in
N1=N(12)6
Number of half time of Q in 18 hours =tT1/2=189=2
Number of nucle of Q left undecayed after 2 half time in
N2=N(12)2
R1R2=λ1N1λ2N2=T2N1T1N2[ R=λN ab T=0.693h]
R1R2=93×N(12)6N(12)3=316
R1R2=3:16
