3. $\frac{g}{c{m}^3}$= 1000 $\frac{kg}{m^3}$.
4. The mass of water having a volume of $1c{m}^3$ is found to be 1 g. So, its density is $1\frac{g}{c{m}^3}$ in the CGS system and 1000 $\frac{kg}{m^3}$in the SI system.
