1. Thrust is a force or a push. When a system pushes or accelerates mass in one direction, there is a thrust (force) just as large in the opposite direction.
2. Let densities of air and hydrogen be $ρ_{a i r}$ =1.14 and $ρ_{h y d r o g e n}$ =0.081 respectively.

Let volume of balloon V= 120 $m^{3}$

Net force on it = Bouyant Force – Gravitational Force

= V $ρ_{a i r}$ g - V $ρ_{h y g r o g e n}$ g

= V( $ρ_{a i r}$ - $ρ_{h y g r o g e n}$ )g

= V(1.14-0.081)g

=120(1.14-0.081)(9.81)

=1246.6 N

This is the maximum weight that can be carried by balloon.
