Transpiration is the process by which moisture is carried through plants from roots to small pores on the underside of leaves, where it changes to vapour and is released to the atmosphere.
For demonstrating transpiration the a plant or a sapling is covered in a plastic bag tightly so as no air passes in or out and keep aside and observed, after some days water vapour are found present in the plastic bag which shows transpiration in plants
