Tyndall effect is the phenomena by which the path of light becomes visible due to scattering of light by particles.

Examples of Tyndall effect:
(i) When sunlight passes through the canopy of a dense forest.
(ii) When a fine beam of light enters a dark room through a small hole.
(iii) Light from the headlights of a car becomes visible during foggy/smoggy weather.
