The correct option is C 7.2cm
The perpendicular is the height.
The perpendicular divides the base into two equal parts.
BD=DC=4.5 cm
then area = 12×6×9=27cm2
when perpendicular drawn from C
then height =h base = 7.5 cm
12×h×7.5=27
h=7.2cm
