Let us take a piece of copper and a piece of wood of same mass. Let them be kept in bright sunny day under sunlight. After 5 to 6 hours, we can look and observe at both the pieces of copper and wood. We will observe that piece of copper is more hotter than that of wood, so we can say that copper is better conductor of heat than wood.
