1. Milk: Animals like cow, buffalo, goat and camel provide us milk. Milk is rich in proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. It is called as a complete food as it has all the necessary nutrients.
2. Eggs: Eggs are a rich source of proteins. We get eggs from birds like hen and duck.
3. Meat: Flesh of animals is called meat. We get this from hen, duck, sheep, goat and pig.
4. Honey: This is the food product obtained from honey bees. They collect nectar from different flowers, mix it with a secretion from their mouth and convert it into honey. Bees store this honey in their beehives.
