Environmental protection act 1986: it
authorizes to protect and improve environment quality and reduce pollution from
all sources. It also restrict setting up of factories which proves dangerous to

Hazardous Waste 1989: it establishes rules to control generation of handling,
collection, treatment, import, storage of hazardous waste.
