Solution
Cell Wall of Gram-Positive Bacteria:
The cell wall of Gram-high-quality bacteria is a complex design of macromolecules (glycopolymers and proteins).
It has a thick polymer that includes sugars and amino acids to shape a mesh-like peptidoglycan layer surrounding the plasma membrane.
There are three components of the cell wall:
Peptidoglycan- 90% of the cell wall.
Lipid – 5%.
Teichoic acid: 50% of the full dry weight of the cell wall.
