Describe the flow of blood through the heart during different phases of the cardiac cycle.

Solution

The blood circulates through out the body via systemic and pulmonary circulation during heart beat. It occurs in two phases, one is diastolic phase where heart ventricles were relaxed and the blood fills the heart. The second one is systolic phase where ventricles and blood pumped out to the arteries in heart.
