1. Rooftop rainwater harvesting- In this method, a storage tank is made in the rooftop where the rainwater is collected through pipes.
2. A big pit method- A dug is made near the house for collecting rainwater. The pit is filled with different layers of bricks, coarse gravels and sand or granite pieces that help to filter the water.
