Dear student, Events that led to February revolution are as follows - 1) The first world war left destroyed Russian economy. The Russian army destroyed crops and buildings so that enemy don't use it as resource. 2) Essential goods were unavailable for the general public as it was provided to feed the soldiers, which caused riots and unrest among the people. 3) The general public lost their faith in the government because of the inefficiency of the government to handle the situation. 4) The government imposed taxes on people so as to pay for the war and cost of living increased by 300 percent. All these factors led to February revolution of 1917. Regards
