Describe with the help of a ray-diagram, the size, nature and position of the image formed by a convex lens, when an object is placed beyond 2F.

The below figure shows the ray diagram for the case when object is placed beyond 2F.
Clearly, the image is diminished, real and inverted. It is formed in between F and 2F, on the other side of the lens.
