The effective ways for management of plastic waste is:

$\bullet$ Reducing the use of plastics by buying things in bulk or using alternatives to plastic items.
$\bullet$ Reusing the plastic items for different purposes.
$\bullet$ Recycling the waste materials into new materials and objects.
