The correct option is C $4 x - 5 y = 0$
Gradient of line $= \frac{y_{2} - y_{1}}{x_{2} - x_{1}} = \frac{8 - 4}{10 - 5} = \frac{4}{5}$
Equation of line will be $y = m x + c$
$c = 0$ , because line passes through origin.
$y = m x$
$y = \frac{4}{5} x_{1}$
$4 x - 5 y = 0$
