The magnetic field due to a finite current carrying conductor at a point is given by,


B=μ0i4πd(sinα+sinβ)

For one side (AB) of the given loop,
α=β=30 because ABP is equilateral triangle as polygon is regular hexagon.

Also, d=APcos30=3L2


So,

B=μ0i4π(3L/2)(sin30+sin30)=μ0i23πL

Now, due to all the sides, net magnetic field,

Bnet=μ0i23πL×6=3μ0iπL

Hence, option (A) is the correct answer.
