We know that
12+14=26,
14+16=30 and
16+18=34.

A number on a higher floor of the tower is equal to the sum of the two numbers beneath it on the floor just below it.

So, the numbers in the second floor will be the sum of the two numbers beneath it on the first floor.

26+30=56 and 30+34=64


Thus, the numbers on the second floor of the tower are 56 and 64.
