Mass of e=9.1×1031kg

So 9.1×1031×106 mg contains 1e

or 1mg contains 19.1×1031×106e

so 0.55 mg contains 19.1×1025×0.55e

=6.043×1023e

Now simply apply avogadro's law

6.023×1023e make 1 mole
so 1 mole Ans
