The product of two negative integers gives a positive integer as the result.

If -a,-b are two negative integers, then (-a)×(-b)=ab.[-×-=+]

Example: -2×(-5)=+(2×5)=+10

The product of two negative integers is a positive integer.

Therefore, The sign of the product of two negative integers is always positive.
