[(16÷8)×5]÷2×3+1+7×10

According to the PEMDAS rule, we must start with parentheses for solving the expression.

As there are more than one pair of parentheses, we must solve the innermost parentheses first.

[(16÷8)×5]÷2×3+1+7×10
=[2×5]÷2×3+1+7×10

Solving the next parentheses,
=10÷2×3+1+7×10

Now, we have division, multiplication and addition operations.
We go for division and multiplication, starting from the left.

10÷2×3+1+7×10
=5×3+1+7×10
=15+1+7×10
=15+1+70

Finally, we perform the addition operations, starting from left.

15+1+70
=16+70
=86

86 is the value of the given expression.
