$\frac{2 a - 1}{3} = \frac{- 3}{b - 2} = \frac{5}{3}$

$2 a - 1 = 5$

$a = 3$

$- \frac{9}{5} = b - 2$

$b = \frac{1}{5}$

$a = 3, b = \frac{1}{5}$
