Given, mass of antimony [kg] =4.5 kg
CA= specific heat of antimony =0.210 kJ/ kg K
Cw= specific heat of water =4.2 kJ/ kg K
Let mw be the water equivalent of antimony.
From equating heat capacities, we get
mACA=mwCw
mw=mACACw
mw=4.5×0.2104.20
mw=0.225 kg
Hence answer (a) is correct.
