Verify L.H.S and R.H.S at any value of θ

cosθ1-tanθ+sinθ1-cosθ=sinθ+cosθ

Let, L.H.S.=cosθ1-tanθ+sinθ1-cosθ

when θ=30

L.H.S.=cos301-tan30+sin301-cos30

=321-13+121-32=32×33-1+12×22-3=323-1+12-3

R.H.S.=sin30+cos30

=12×32=3+12

L.H.S.R.H.S.

Hence, the given equation is not an identity.
