Here,

$AB=\sqrt{{(6-3)}^2+{(4-1)}^2}=3\sqrt{2}$

$QR=\sqrt{{(8-6)}^2+{(6-4)}^2}=2\sqrt{2}$

$RP=\sqrt{{(8-3)}^2+{(6-1)}^2}=5\sqrt{2}$

Here,

$CA=AB+BC(5\sqrt{2}=3\sqrt{2}+2\sqrt{2})$

So, A, B and C are collinear points.
