In $△$ AOB and $△$ COD,

We have

$∠$ BAD = $∠$ OCD {Alternate interior angle AB||DC}

$∠$ ABO = $∠$ CDO {Alternate interior angle AB||DC}

$△$ AOB $≅ △$ COD {ASA congruence criteria}
