Did the other leaders oppose when Gandhiji called of the non cooperation movement?

Some leaders like C.R. Das and Motilal Nehru opposed the Non-co operation Movement because they did not could no find any justification for withdrawing a movement simply because of a sporadic incident of violence. Moreover, they did not want to boycott the council elections.

After the withdrawal of the non cooperation movement,e Congress was divided into pro changers and no changers.Pro changers waned to enter council while no changers wanted to do constructive work.C.R. Das and Motilal Nehru were pro-changers and started the Swaraj Party in 1923 with the objective of using the council as a platform to raise the demand of self- government.
