Similarities:
Both are the types of satellites.
Both of these move around celestial bodies in their own orbit.

Differences:
Natural satellites are formed naturally whereas artificial satellites are man made.
Natural satellites are natural and are not used officially for any information by the scientists whereas artificial satellites are sent to forecast the weather and for other purpose.
