Dear Student
Mansabdars were high ranking officials in the Mughal empire. They governed the empire and commanded its armies in the name of the emperor. Mansabdars were compensated for their services either through salary in case or by being assigned jagirs.
Zamindars were landlords since the medieval times who owned almost all agricultural land and employed peasants and farmers to till the land. They also collected revenue from farmers to whom they leased land to. Some big landlords also provided military support to rulers.
