Migrant Worker Casual Worker
A person who either migrates within their home country or outside it to pursue work. A person who do not have any permanent employment.
He can be a permanent or casual employee. He can be a migrant or local worker.
Migrant workers usually do not have an intention to stay permanently in the country or region in which they work. He may be employed at present but their is no job security for future.
