The prime factorization of a positive integer is a list of the integer's prime factors, together with their multiplicities; the process of determining these factors is called integer factorization.
2042=2×1021Here, 2 and 1021 are the prime factors of 2042 and 2×1021 is the prime factorization of 2042.
