Difference between unicellular and multicellular.

The unicellular organism is the ones that have a single cell which performs each and every function of a body be its respiration, digestion, locomotion and reproduction.
Whereas multicellular organisms are those that have a different group of cells, tissues and which perform a different function and there is a division of labour in a multicellular organism.
