Lok Sabha	Vidhan Sabha
a. It is lower house of the Parliament of India comprising of 543 members	It is the lower house or at times the only house in case of unicameral legislature of the state legislatures in the states.
b. It represents the interest of the entire country,	It represents the interest of a particular state.
c. For Lok Sabha elections the entire country is divided into 543 constituencies.	In case of State Legislative elections for electing Vidhan Sabha it is only the state which is divided into various constituencies
