Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,

Cytoplasm is the gel-like substance found in the cell. All the cellular organelles are embedded in the cytoplasm.

The cytoplasm along with the cellular organelles is called protoplasm.

Protoplasm = Cytoplasm + Organelles or Protoplasm - Organelles = Cytoplasm.
