Aluminium	Aluminium is mostly used in automobiles and aeroplanes, bottling and canning industries, building and electrical and other applications.
Antimony	Antimony is basically used for flame retardants as well as in ammunition and automotive batteries and is also used in glassmaking as a decolorizing agent.
Asbestos	Asbestos is typically used in the manufacture of friction products, asbestos-cement pipes and sheets, roofing and flooring products, paints and caulks, and chemical filters.
Basalt	Crushed basalt is mostly used for railroad ballast, and aggregate in highway construction, also used as a major component of asphalt.
Barium	Barium is basically used as a heavy additive in oil-well-drilling mud, paints, rubber, plastic, and paper; production of barium chemicals; and also glass manufacturing.
Beryllium	Beryllium salts are mostly used in x-ray tubes and as a deoxidizer in bronze metallurgy.
