a. People in rural areas are involved in primary activities like farming and fishing.	People in urban areas are involved activities which are based upon secondary and tertiary activities like manufacturing and services.
b. People generally inherit jobs in rural areas like carpenter, blacksmith , weavers, washermen	Urban is city based living and involve a range of activities like IT, jobs in the government or private sector, clerical and professional jobs
c. People from rural areas migrate in large numbers to urban areas. Rural areas sparsely populated characterized by simple living.	Cities are densely populated with complex way of living.
