Open in App
Solution

  • Bones are hard and rigid structures in our body that cannot be bent but give shape to our body, e.g. pelvic bone, shoulder bone, etc.
  • Cartilage is soft and flexible. They are not as hard as the bones and can be easily bent. It is present in the ears, nose and in between joints. It provides a cushioning effect to prevent rubbing of bones at joints and allows smooth movement.
