In-situ means being in the original position; not having been moved.	Ex-situ means offsite conservation.
It is onsite conservation or the conservation of genetic resources in natural populations of plant or animal species.	It is the process of protecting an endangered species of plant or animal outside its natural habitat
Example- Biosphere reserve.	Example- seed bank, botanical garden.
