Indian constitution Nepal constitution

a. Indian constitution was adopted in the year 1950 and declared India to be a democratic Republic. Nepal rather had 7 different constitutions starting from the year 1948.
The previous constitution of Nepal which was drafted in 1990 declared Nepal to be a monarchy.

b. Indian has been continuing with the same constitution with amendments , to reflect the changes in the society. The constitution of our country empowers people. Democracy was established in the year 2006, followed by the drafting of a new constitution in Nepal. The Interim constitution of 2007 was finally replaced by the constitution of 2015, which is governing the state of Nepal.

c. Indian constitution rather is the finest and the lengthiest constitution in the world with 448 articles. The constitution has finally declared Nepal to be a federal Republic , with a mixed parliamentary system.It is divided into into 35 parts, 308 Articles and 9 Schedules.
