Differentiate between lysosome and vacuole.

Lysosome- Lysosome is a cell organelle that contains enzyme that kills foreign organism.

Vacuole- It is a membrane bound organelle that contains fluid, pigments etc.

Lysosome	Vacuole
1.Lysosome contain hydolytic enzymes.	1.Vacuole contain fluids, excretory substances and pigments etc.
2.It is derived from golgi.	2.It is not derived from golgi.
