Prokaryotic and eukaryotic replication.

In prokaryotic replication, replication moves around the DNA molecule in one direction only. Whereas in eukaryotic replication DNA replication begins at numerous origins of replication along the length of the chromosome, and the so-called replication bubbles spread bidirectionally until they meet.
