Renin produced in kidney helps in conversion of angiotensinogen into angiotensin which stimulates secretion of aldosterone for reabsorption. The mechanism is called renin-angiotensin mechanism.

Rennin:
Rennin acts as an enzyme that helps in digestion of milk protein.
