Differentiate between sea breeze and land breeze?

Sea breeze: In coastal regions, the land warms up faster than the sea, hence the air from the land rises up and this causes pressure difference in land and sea. So, the cooler air from the surface of the ocean moves towards the land causing sea breeze.

Land breeze: During the night, the land cools up faster than the surface of the ocean. The warm air on the surface of the ocean rises up and the cooler air from the land blows towards ocean.This movement of air from land to sea, due to pressure difference is known as land breeze.
