  1. Systolic pressure refers to the pressure of blood inside an artery during ventricular systole (contraction).
  2. Diastole pressure refers to the pressure of blood in an artery during ventricular diastole (relaxation).

1. The blood pressure which is maximum in the arteries and attainable during systole is known as Systolic pressure.1. The blood pressure which is minimum and obtained at the end of the ventricular diastole is known as Diastole pressure.
2. The process of systolic pressure takes place in the systolic stage of the cardiac cycle.2. The process of diastolic pressure takes place in the diastolic stage of the cardiac cycle.
