Differentiate between the following:
Exophthalmic goitre and Iodine deficiency goitre
(1) Exophthalmic goitre is the clinical syndrome due to hypersecretion of thyroid secretion. It is also known as Grave's disease.
(2) Iodine deficiency goitre is a disorder characterized by enlargement of the thyroid gland which brings about swelling in the front part of the neck region, such a condition is known as goitre.
