MITRAL VALVE
1) It is also called a biscuspid valve or left atrioventricular valve with 2 flaps.
2) It is present between the left atrium and left ventricle.
TRICUSPID VALVE
1) It is also called right atrioventricular valve with 3 flaps.
2) It is present on the dorsal side of the mammalian heart between the right atrium and right ventricle.
ARTERY
1) It carries oxygenated blood away from the heart to the different organs.
VEINS
1) It carries deoxygenated blood back from the organs to the heart.
RIGHT ATRIUM
1) It pumps deoxygenated blood into the pulmonary arteries to the lungs.
LEFT ATRIUM
1) It receives oxygenated blood from lungs via pulmonary veins.
