Pulmonary artery Pulmonary vein
1. This involves circulation of blood from the heart to the lungs. 1. This involves circulation of blood to the heart from the lungs.

(b) Vena cava and Aorta

1. Vena Cava is a large vein. 1. Aorta is the large artery.
