Well water is the water that we extract from the ground by digging till the water table with the help of a pulley. | Springwater is the water that comes from the ground via pores or cracks due to the pressure inside the earths crust in the form of steam. |
It is generally built artificially by humans, in those areas where the water level is high. | Springwater is generally found naturally where there are fissures and cracks. |
